Court Annex 2

The most recent addition to the Court Square Center, Court Annex 2 (CA2) replaced the Court Annex Building destroyed in a 2006 fire. It was designed by nationally recognized, Memphis-based architecture firm Looney Ricks Kiss Architects to enviornment standards.

Modern design, steel framing, and a glass curtain wall overlooking Court Square Park are characteristics which make this architectural jewel a perfect compliment for the 19th century Lowenstein and the 1920's commercial gothic Lincoln American Tower. The proximity to courts, commerce, and the University of Memphis Law School (opening January 2010), make CA2's in-park location the 'oasis in the center' within downtown Memphis.

Using modern design where a proud building once stood, the glass corner on CA2 is intended to enhance the prominence of the alley intersection at Court Square and highlight the varying scales of these architecturally district historical buildings.

The ground floor of CA2 contains 4,800 square feet which may be expanded via a 2nd floor or mezzanine, to create up to 9,000 square feet of signature space. The 20 foot high ceilings and windows overlooking Court Square Park create an incomparable impression for a company requiring a distinctive Class AAA office environment.
