Completing the Court Square Center complex is the new building, CA2. Designed by nationally recognized, Memphis-based firm Looney, Ricks, Kiss, CA2 has been designed and constructed to the hightest enviornmental standards. Modern design, steel framing, and glass curtain wall overlooking Court Square park, are characteristics which make this architectural style a perfect juxtaposition for the 19th century Lowenstein and the 1920's commercial gothic Lincoln American Tower.
The units have ceiling heights ranging from 13ft-17ft and averaging 1200sqft. CA2 is a mix of 4 one bedroom units and 12 two bedroom unit, each with stunning views of Court Square Park and downtown memphis.
