The three principals in CGIPCSC LLC are John Basek, William T. Chandler and C. Yorke Lawson. Messrs. Basek and Lawson are partners in CGI & Partners Inc., active real estate developers in Prague, Czech Republic since the early 1990's. Between 1994 and 1999 CGIP completed four reconstruction projects ranging in size from 600 square meters (approx 6.000 square feet) to 4.000 square meters (approx 40.000 square feet). The most recent project is ARENA Holesovicky Pivovar, a mixed use re-construction and development of a 19th century brewery in excess of 750,000 square feet, and undertaken in partnership with ING Group, the largest real estate company in the world. Phase 1 of this project was completed in 2004. This project was master planned by Frank O. Gehry and Jean Nouvel, with CMC Architects (see next section) as designers and executive architects.
William T. Chandler is owner of Chandler and Chandler, a local real estate consulting firm. Chandler and Chandler has been a local fixture in real estate information and appraisal since the early 1960's. Chandler and Chandler's first offices were located in the Porter Building, facing Court Square Park, as early as 1906 when W.C. Chandler built the first Chandler and Chandler house in Memphis.
