The building has a timber and cast iron superstructure, with brick, limestone and cast iron façades made with true craft execution in 1886. Decorative Terra Cotta features distinguish the building. The Lowenstein facades have been carefully restored to near original high quality detail, The new apartments of Lowenstein features ceiling heights ranging from 17‘ (2nd floor), to 13‘ (4th, 5th floors).
