The Court Square Center project will be a catalyst for development project in a time of unprecedented growth in downtown Memphis. A 93% occupancy rate in 63 downtown residential projects surveyed by the Center City Commission substantiates the demand for downtown housing in all categories: apartments, condominiums, and single family homes. Of all Memphis districts, the downtown apartment rental market leads 2006 categories of: highest absorption, highest rental prices and highest percentage of rental increase over a five year period.     Appreciation and preservation of City history empowers citizens to impact its future and in this activity our primary principle is achieved: a commitment to community.
