The new building CA2 is now being designed and is in Design Development phase. The projected construction start is for first quarter 2008, with a projected completion following by approximately one year. Local Memphis architect firm Looney, Ricks, Kiss has embraced the architectural inetgrity of the Court Square Center project, with a clean modern design which will echo the strongest aspects of the buildings and neighborhood. A floor to ceiling glass curtain wall will be one of the defining featurtes of CA2, expanding on further redefining the urban residential experience in downtown Memphis. |

Court Square Center, LLC will seek to collaborate with an experienced restaurant operator for the ground floor level (with a projected ceiling height of approximately 24‘) bringing a natural extension to neighbor Ceriello Fine Foods, and the activity of a re-energized Court Square park and the city center. CA2 will offer a limited amount of commercial office space. |
